  2. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
  3. 4 tbsp olive oil.

  5. 1 cup sliced mushrooms of your choice.
  6. 1/2 red onion, cut in thin wedges.
  7. 1 tsp dried oregano.
  8. 1 tsp dried thyme.
  9. 2 tbsp red wine vinegar.
