- 75 grams cooked Spaghetti.
- 85 grams Soya mince.
- 500 grams Mushrooms (sliced).
- 2 cloves of Garlic (minced).
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning.
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil.
- Topping (Optional).
- 40 grams Feta.
- 40 grams Grated Cheddar.
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice.
- 1 dash Thyme leaves.
- dash more Olive Oil.

- Mix one part Soya mince to 3 parts boiling water and let stand. After 5 minutes, drain..
- Fry Mushrooms in Olive Oil while you wait..
- After water has evaporated from the Mushrooms, add Garlic and Italian Seasoning. Fry a further minute or two..
- Add Soya Mince to the pan. Cook until excess water has evaporated..
