Ingredients for Spaghetti, Soya Mince & Mushroom:

  1. 75 grams cooked Spaghetti.
  2. 85 grams Soya mince.
  3. 500 grams Mushrooms (sliced).
  4. 2 cloves of Garlic (minced).
  5. 2 tsp Italian Seasoning.
  6. 2 tbsp Olive Oil.
  7. Topping (Optional).
  8. 40 grams Feta.
  9. 40 grams Grated Cheddar.
  10. 2 tbsp Lemon juice.
  11. 1 dash Thyme leaves.
  12. dash more Olive Oil.

Step by step how to cook Spaghetti, Soya Mince & Mushroom:

  1. Mix one part Soya mince to 3 parts boiling water and let stand. After 5 minutes, drain..
  2. Fry Mushrooms in Olive Oil while you wait..
  3. After water has evaporated from the Mushrooms, add Garlic and Italian Seasoning. Fry a further minute or two..
  4. Add Soya Mince to the pan. Cook until excess water has evaporated..
  5. Serve in a bowl with the cooked Spaghetti. Top with The Feta, thyme, lemon juice and a dash more olive oil. Enjoy!.
