Ingredients for Batagor Bandung:
- 500 gr thigh/breast mince.
- 400 gr fish paste (white fish).
- 2 Tbs tapioca flour.
- 1 Tbs Minced garlic.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- 1 Tsp Chicken stock powder.
- Spring onion (chopped).
- 1 Package tofu puffs.
- 1 Package wontons skin.
- Canola oil.
- Cucumber (chopped).
- Instant peanut sauce.
- Chilli sauce.
Step by step how to cook Batagor Bandung:
- Mixed all the ingredients together (except tofu puffs & wontons skin).
- Cut tofu puffs in half..
- Put the paste in to tofu puffs & wonton skin..
- Fry the Batagor in oil..
- Put peanut sauce, cucumber, sweet soy sauce, chilli sauce on top of the Batagor..
