Ingredients for Batagor Bandung:

  1. 500 gr thigh/breast mince.
  2. 400 gr fish paste (white fish).
  3. 2 Tbs tapioca flour.
  4. 1 Tbs Minced garlic.
  5. Salt.
  6. Pepper.
  7. 1 Tsp Chicken stock powder.
  8. Spring onion (chopped).
  9. 1 Package tofu puffs.
  10. 1 Package wontons skin.
  11. Canola oil.
  12. Cucumber (chopped).
  13. Instant peanut sauce.
  14. Chilli sauce.

Step by step how to cook Batagor Bandung:

  1. Mixed all the ingredients together (except tofu puffs & wontons skin).
  2. Cut tofu puffs in half..
  3. Put the paste in to tofu puffs & wonton skin..
  4. Fry the Batagor in oil..
  5. Put peanut sauce, cucumber, sweet soy sauce, chilli sauce on top of the Batagor..
