Ingredients for Homemade Moussaka:

  1. 500 gr beef mice or lamb mince.
  2. 150 gr mushroom.
  3. 1 can chopped tomatoes.
  4. 1 tbsp cinnamon.
  5. 2 tsp all spice.

  7. 6-7 potatoes.
  8. 1 clove garlic.
  9. 2 tbsp olive oil.
  10. 50 gr butter.
  11. 50 gr plain flour.
  12. 400 ml milk.

Step by step how to cook Homemade Moussaka:

  1. Heat the olive oil and add onion until it’s soft and then add garlic, mushroom cook about 3 mins. After that add mice and cook until it’s brown. Add tomatoes can, cinnamon, all spices and seasoning with salt and pepper..
