- 700 gr mince chicken breast.
- 150 gr tapioca starch.
- 5 garlic cloves (mashed).
- 5 garlic cloves (fried then mashed).
- 1 egg white.
- 200 gr ice cube.
- 1/2 tsp pepper.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1/2 tsp sugar.
- 10 pcs fried tofu.
- Water to boil and steam.
Step by step how to cook Chicken Meat Balls (Bakso Ayam) and Chicken Tofu (Tahu Bakso):
- Grind mince chicken with ice cube with food processor..
