Ingredients for Butter Chicken:

  1. 300 g chicken Breast (Boneless).
  2. 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter.
  3. 1 Red Chilli Pepper - Mince.
  4. 3 Bird's Eye Chilli - Mince.
  5. 10 Curry Leaves.
  6. 2 Pieces Chesdale Cheese.
  7. 200 ml Evaporated Milk.
  8. 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder.
  9. Sugar & Salt for taste.
  10. 2 tbsp Curry Powder.
  11. 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour.
  12. 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese.
  13. 1 Egg.

Step by step how to cook Butter Chicken:

  1. For chicken marinade, mixed together Sugar, Salt, Curry Powder, All Purpose Flour, Parmesan Cheese and egg into bowl..
  2. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover it and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour..
  3. Fry chicken until it turn golden. Drain the excess oil..
  4. Heat up the pan with butter. Add red chilli pepper, birds eye chili and curry leaves. Stir until it smell good..
  5. Add evaporated milk stir until it boil. Add cheese and stir until it melt..
  6. Add black pepper powder and sugar for taste..
  7. Add the fried chicken. Stir till it blend together. Ready to serve..
