- 500 grams rice.
- 2 medium onions.
- 3 cans tomato pulp.
- 1 large tomato sauce.
- 4 eggs.
- 3 table spoon kunserva (tomatoe paste).
- 500 grams Beef mince.
- 200 grams back bacon.
- 100 grams grated kefalotyri cheese.
- 100 grams grated parmesan.
- 1 oxo beef cube.
- 1 tea spoon mild curry.
- 1/2 tea spoon hot curry.
- 1 tea spoon oregano.
- 1 TABLE spoon basil.
- 5 or more table spoons sugar.

- Preparing the sauce. Fry the fine chopped onions in butter and add some white wine..
