Ingredients for Lucy's Chili:
- 2 lbs ground beef.
- 1 green pepper.
- 1 onion.
- 1 tsp oregano.
- 1 tsp cumin.
- 1 tbs mince garlic.
- 3 tbs chili powder.
- 1 tsp black pepper.
- 3 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp paprika.
- 2 cans dice tomatoes 15 oz.
- 2 cans red kidney beans.
Step by step how to cook Lucy's Chili:
- Brown ground beef with green peppers and onions.
- Drain.
- Add seasoning, beans and dice tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
- When done, garnish with green onions and sour cream. Serve with oyster crackers.
