- Sift the * ingredients in a bowl and pour soy sauce and dashi (in several divided times) and mix well. If you have time, leave to rest for 2-3 hours in the fridge..
- Put cabbage, red pickled ginger into the mix from step 1 and mix 20 times. And then put in the egg and mix 10 times..
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and pour in the mixture. Place slices of pork on top and cook it for about 5 mins with lid until well browned and flip over..
- Cook on the other side for 5~6 mins with lid. And flip over again and cook for 2~3 mins without lid..
- Pour Worcester sauce and mayonnaise over it and garnish with dried bonito flakes and green laver as much as you like..
