- 400 grams beef mince.
- 1 can chopped tomatoes.
- 1 beef stock cube.
- dozen mushrooms.
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 3 clove garlic.
- tbsp tomato puree.
- tbsp mixed herbs.
- bunch fresh basil.
- pinch Salt and pepper.
- 1 olive oil.
- tagliatelle.
- parmesan cheese.

- Heat olive oil in large pan or wok on medium heat. Fry off mince, onion, garlic and mushrooms until brown..
- Boil pasta in separate pan with salted water according to directions on packet.
- Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and stock cube to mince and veg pan. Simmer for 5 mins..
- Add mixed herbs, salt and pepper and chopped fresh basil to Bolognese. Keep tasting and add more if necessary. Simmer for further 5 mins..
