  1. 400 grams beef mince.
  2. 1 can chopped tomatoes.
  3. 1 beef stock cube.
  4. dozen mushrooms.
  5. 1 onion, chopped.
  6. 3 clove garlic.
  7. tbsp tomato puree.
  8. tbsp mixed herbs.
  9. bunch fresh basil.
  10. pinch Salt and pepper.
  11. 1 olive oil.
  12. tagliatelle.

  1. Heat olive oil in large pan or wok on medium heat. Fry off mince, onion, garlic and mushrooms until brown..
  2. Boil pasta in separate pan with salted water according to directions on packet.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and stock cube to mince and veg pan. Simmer for 5 mins..
  4. Add mixed herbs, salt and pepper and chopped fresh basil to Bolognese. Keep tasting and add more if necessary. Simmer for further 5 mins..
