Ingredients for Whisky Glaze Salmon:
- 4 salmon head or salmon filllet optional.
- whisky glaze sauce.
- 1 tbsp sea salt.
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper.
- 3/4 cup whisky.
- 2/3 cup brown sugar.
- 1 clove mince garlic.
- 1 tbsp honey.
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
- 1 tsp apple cider vineger.
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard powder.
Step by step how to cook Whisky Glaze Salmon:
- Put all ingredient in a pan and bring to a boil then simmer till sauce started thicken about 3 minute then let it cool.
- The glaze can be keep up to a week at this point.
- Apply a layer of glazed on the salmon and broil for 20 minute on both side.
