- 50 g sugar free syrup.
- 62 g protein powder.
- 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder.
- 15 g zero cal sweetener.
- Topping: sugar free chocolate syrup.
Step by step how to cook Anabolic Brownies:
- Mix all the ingredients in the blender for a couple minutes..
- Scrape the sides and mix again until it looks creamy and smooth..
- Spray a baking tray with non stick spray and pour the batter inside..
- Put them into the oven for 350*F for 15 minutes.
