  2. 100 g Semi sweet chocolate.
  3. 3 eggs.
  4. 170 g sugar.
  5. 60 g all purposed flour.
  6. 50 g cocoa powder.
  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  8. Pinch salt.
  9. 110 g mascarpone cheese room temp.
  10. Chocolate ganache.
  11. 150 g chocolate.
  12. 70 g whip cream.
