- 1 (19 oz) can of organic black beans rinsed well.
- 2 tbs organic coco.
- 1 tsp Himalayan Salt.
- 1/2 cup real maple syrup.
- 1/4 cup melted organic coconut oil.
- 1 pkg PC Blue Steel Cut Oats or 1/2 cup of instant oatmeal.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 2 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
- 1/4 cup unsweetened dark chocolate chips.
- 1 cup sugar free marshmallows.
Step by step how to cook Black Bean Brownies:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Blend all ingredients well in a food processor except the chocolate chips and marshmallows..
- Grease 8" square pan with coconut oil..
- Pour batter into pan..
