1. For the brownies:.
2. 1 1/4 cups AP flour.
3. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
4. 1 cup sugar.
5. 2/3 cup brown sugar.
6. 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter.
7. 2 eggs.
8. 3 Tbsp. milk.
9. 1/2 tsp baking powder.
10. 1 Tbps cornstarch.
11. pinch salt.
12. 2 tsp vanilla extract.
13. For the fudge ganache:.
14. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
15. 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips.
16. 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.

1. Preheat oven to 350° Line a 9x13in. baking pan with foil, spray it with nonstick cooking spray & set aside.
2. In a large bowl beat together the melted butter, sugars, vanilla extract until light & fluffy.
3. Add in one egg at a time & mix well after each addition.
4. In a medium sized bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
5. Begin adding the dry ingredients to the larger bowl, alternating with the milk & mix until just combined.
6. Pour and spread the batter into the prepared pan in an even layer.
7. Bake for about 18-25 minutes.
8. Now to prepare the ganache: in a medium sized microwave safe bowl, stir together all chocolate chips & heavy whipping cream.
9. Microwave the mixture in 60 second increments, stir it after each time until all the chocolate chips are melted & smooth.
10. Pour prepared ganache over brownies and add any toppings you want.
11. Serve warm or cold.
