Ingredients for Fudge Brownies!:

  1. 5 ounces - Unsalted Butter Softened.
  2. 7 ounces - Dark Chocolate (for best results but you can use any kind).
  3. 3/4 cup - Sugar.
  4. 2 tsp - Vanilla Extract.
  5. Pinch Salt.
  6. 1 tbsp - Cocoa Powder.
  7. 2 - Eggs (large).
  8. 3/4 cup - All Purpose Flour.

Step by step how to cook Fudge Brownies!:

  1. Preheated the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease a square tin using butter (or spray) then line the bottom of the tin with parchment paper..
  3. Start by creaming together the sugar and butter in a large bowl until smooth..
  4. Add in the eggs + vanilla extract, and mix until just combined..
  5. Melt the chocolate (in the microwave for a few seconds with a splash of milk, or just use a double boiler) and add into your batter..
  6. In another bowl mix the dry ingredients (salt, cocoa powder, and flour) and sift into wet batter..
  7. Slowly fold in the mixture until all is well combined. Don't over mix..
  8. Pour your batter into the tin and place in the oven to be baked for about 40-45 mins or until toothpick is inserted and comes out with moist crumbs not wet batter..
