Ingredients for Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirled Brownies:

  1. 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour.
  2. 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar.
  4. 1/4 tsp salt.
  5. 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter.
  6. 8 ounces (250 g) dark chocolate.
  7. 3 large eggs.
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  9. 2 tbsp cocoa powder.
  10. 6 tbsp peanut butter (divided).
  11. 1/4 tsp coffee/ expresso powder.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F or 180C and line the bottom and sides of a 9*9 inch square baking dish with parchment/aluminium paper..
