Ingredients for Chocolatey Raisinet Brownies:

  1. 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
  2. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
  3. 1 cup unsalted butter.
  4. 3 tbsp espresso coffee.
  5. 2 Large eggs.
  6. 1 tbsp Vanilla extract.
  7. 1 cup Unbleached Bread flour.
  8. 1/2 tsp Baking powder.
  9. 1/2 tsp Sea salt ground fine.
  10. 1 cup Raisinets.

Step by step how to cook Chocolatey Raisinet Brownies:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. in large bowl mix sugar, softened butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and coffee mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl mix flour baking powder and salt evenly.
  5. Add all dry ingredients to the mix until smooth.
  6. Add raisins just mix for a minute or so and pour into 9 by 9 greased pan.
  7. Place on center rack in oven and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until Center is not gooey, check with toothpick.
  8. Remove from oven let stand so cool enough to remove from pan top with ice cream and enjoy. (Rocky road ice cream).
