- Brownies.
- 1 15 oz can pumkin.
- 1 cup Vegetable oil.
- 4 Eggs.
- 2 cup granulated sugar.
- 2 cup all-purpose flour.
- 1 tsp Baking Soda.
- 1 tsp Baking Powder.
- 1 tsp Cinnamon.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- Frosting.
- 8 oz cream cheese.
- 1 stick unsalted butter.
- 1 tsp Vanilla.
- 1 cup Confectioners sugar.
Step by step how to cook Pumpkin Brownies with Cream Cheese Frosting:
- Preheat oven 350°.
- Add eggs, oil, granulated sugar and pumpkin to a bowl and beat.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
