- 200 grams butter.
- 200 grams chocolate.
- 250 grams sugar (demerara if poss).
- 3 eggs.
- 85 grams all-purpose flour OR.
- 50 grams cornflour.
- 50 grams cocoa powder.

- Bake at 180°C/350F for about 40 minutes. Check after 30 mins and then every 5 mins after until they look cooked..
