- 8 brussel sprouts, washed trimmed and thinly sliced.
- 2/3 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced.
- Good pinch coarse sea salt.
- 25 grams butter.
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated.
- Black pepper, freshly ground.
