Ingredients for Simple Vegetarian Pasta:

  1. 3 servings of any whole grain pasta.
  2. 2 cloves minced garlic.
  3. 1/2 diced onion.
  4. 1 tomato.
  5. 3 cups baby spinach.
  6. 3/4 cup grated Parmesan.
  7. Pinch salt.
  8. Pinch pepper.
  9. 1 tbsp olive oil.
  10. 1 stick butter.
